Frequently Asked Questions

We care for children from 7 months to 36 months: Infant Care (7-18 months), Toddler Care (18-36 months) and Pre-K3 / Playgroup (3 years). We also offer after-school care (3-10 years) and holiday activities.

We are open Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, 52 weeks a year (except scheduled staff in-service days). Full-day, part-time and half-day schedules are available.

A completed enrolment application, a signed daycare contract and fee agreement, the admission fee, your child's up-to-date immunization records, and a signed parent-handbook receipt.

A non-refundable reservation fee of KES 500 holds a waitlist spot, and a KES 1,500 admission fee secures a place. Tuition is paid weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Siblings receive 12% off the second child and 15% off the third.

Please drop off by 9:30 am and avoid the nap window (12:30-2:30 pm). Children must be collected by 6:00 pm; a late fee of KES 5 per minute per child applies after 6:05 pm.

Everything You Need to Know

To protect everyone, children with a fever of 38.5 degrees Celsius or higher, diarrhoea, vomiting or any communicable disease must stay home. A child should be symptom-free, and fever-free without medication, for 24 hours before returning; a doctor's note may be required.

A change of clothes, diapers or pull-ups, wipes and tissue. For infants, please send labelled bottles and prepared formula. You are welcome to send a blanket or comfort toy for nap time.

Yes. We serve breakfast (8:00-8:30 am), lunch (11:30-12:00 pm) and an afternoon snack (2:30-3:00 pm), with milk or juice and water throughout the day. Menus vary weekly for a balanced diet.

Infant and toddler families receive a daily diary, and Pre-K families get regular updates. You can also reach us by phone, SMS and WhatsApp, and arrange meetings with your child's caregiver.

Yes. CCTV runs 24/7 in key indoor and outdoor areas, only authorised persons with ID may collect a child, and all staff are trained in first aid and CPR and cleared through background checks.
