A Typical Day at Happy Totos

Wondering what your child’s day looks like with us? At Happy Totos, every day is a warm, gentle mix of care, play and learning – built around a predictable routine that helps children feel safe and settled.

Our hours

We are open Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:00pm, 52 weeks a year. To keep the day running smoothly, we ask that children are dropped off by 9:30am.

A typical day

• Arrival & free play – a warm welcome and gentle settling-in.
• Breakfast – served 8:00–8:30am.
• Learning & play – songs, rhymes, story time, art and planned activities.
• Lunch – served 11:30am–12:00pm.
• Nap & rest – a quiet rest period from about 12:30–2:30pm.
• Afternoon snack – served 2:30–3:00pm.
• Outdoor & free play – active fun in our colourful playground before pick-up.

Healthy meals every day

We provide breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack, with milk or juice and water throughout the day. Menus vary each week for a balanced, nutritious diet.
